SmartFox Messaging Terms of Service

1. Program Description

SmartFox Alerts is our SMS messaging program. By subscribing, you agree to receive updates regarding enrollment, reminders, school events, and important announcements related to SmartFox services.

2. Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the "STOP" message, we will send you a confirmation SMS that you’ve been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to resubscribe, simply sign up again on our website or through our enrollment form.

3. Help and Support

4. Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 1–2 messages per week, or as needed based on SmartFox events and alerts. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
